Manage scans with Autobahn Fit

Once you have created and scheduled a scan, you can track its progress and access reports on the Scan Overview and All Scans pages. The Scanning Overview page is divided into three sections corresponding to different scan statuses: Running, Finished, and Scheduled scans.

To open the Scanning pages, after login to your Autobahn Fit account:

1 - Navigate to the Sidebar and select the Scanning button.

2 - Click the Overview or All scans button.

Keep track of scans with different statuses

The Scanning Overview page displays three sections that represent different scan statuses:

Running scans: are scans that have been initiated and are currently in progress. You can easily track the progress by clicking on the scan name during this phase.

Finished scans: are those that have been completed. Click the finished scan name to open the Scan Report page and see the scan results.

Scheduled scans: are planned scans that are set to run at a specific time in the future.

Focus on what is important to you

You can customize the table display by selecting and hiding specific columns using the Column Selection button. This feature allows you to tailor the view to your preferences, making it easier to focus on what is important to you.

1 - Click the Column selection button. 

2 - By default, all the columns are selected. To hide the column, uncheck the checkbox, then click the OK button to save the changes.

The column displayed in the table will be updated accordingly.

View all scans and imported vulnerabilities in one place

The All scans page displays scans created through the Autobahn Fit create scan feature, imported through the Integration function, and imported through the Upload function.

Since scans from different sources are displayed on this page, you can utilize the filter feature to see scans from specific Sources/Origin.

1 - You can filter the scans by clicking the Filter button.

The assignee filter and sort function are only available for users with Organization Owner and Organization Admin roles.

2 - Tick the checkbox(es) next to the desired keyword(s) in the dropdown and click the OK button.

You can also use this filter function to filter other columns. Certain filters include a search field where you can enter the specific data you are searching for. fill the Search bar with your preferred keywords and click the OK button to initiate the search.

Understand each scan status

In Autobahn Fit, each scan is given different statuses.

Canceled: scans that been started and then canceled.

Error: scans that have been started but is failed; it only happens to a revision of a previous scan, and the previous scan didn't finish because it was stuck or just took too long.

Finished: this refers to:

  • Scans that have been finished. When clicked, you will be directed to the Scan Report page of the selected scan.
  • Scans created based on the imported vulnerabilities (ex: CyCognito, MS Defender for Endpoint, etc).

Queued: Scans initiated with the same name as an ongoing scan.

Add assignees to your scans

To keep track of your remediation process, we encourage you to assign your scans to your team. While this can be done from the Scan Detail page, you can save time by editing multiple scan assignees from the All Scans page by following the steps below.

1 - Select the scan you wish to edit by clicking the checkbox at the left of the all scans table. An Edit Assignee button will appear on top of the table.

2 - Click the Edit assignee button. A drawer on the right side of the page will appear.

3 - Select whether you want to add assignee(s) or remove the existing assignee from the selected scan.

4 - Search and select the assignee from the search bar.

5 - The selected assignees will be shown on the field. You can click the “x” button next to the assignee to cancel the action.

6- Click the Apply button to apply the changes.
