Log into your Autobahn Fit account

The primary way to log into your Autobahn Fit is by filling your credentials in the fields on the Login portal. Access your Autobahn Fit account by following these steps:

1 - Navigate to the Autobahn Fit login portal.

2 - Input your email address in the Organization email field.

3 - Input your password in the Password field.

4 - Then, click the Log in button. You will be redirected into your Autobahn Fit account.

Log into your account via MFA

If your organization activated the MFA feature, after the steps below, you will be directed to an MFA page.

1 - Enter or copy into the input filed the correct 6-digits passcode from your authenticator application.

2 - Click Submit to proceed. Once the code is validated, you will be logged in to the Autobahn Fit application.

Log into your account via SSO

Securely authenticate your account with one set of credentials by activating the Single Sign-On (SSO) feature. Check this page to activate SSO for your organization. After the SSO is enabled to your organization, you can log into your account by:

1 - Click the Log in with company account button on the Login page. You will be redirected to the SSO page.

2 - On the SSO page, input your company email in the Organization email field. 

3 - Then, click the Log in button. If the email is correct, you will be logged into the application.

Please note that with the SSO enabled, neither the Reset password nor the Change password function is available.

Troubleshooting

If you are unable to log in to Autobahn Fit, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1 - If you have multiple email addresses, ensure that you are using the email address associated with your Autobahn Fit account.

2 - Try to log in from another network to see if the issue is network-related. If you can log in from another network, contact the IT department or network administrator in your organization to troubleshoot the network issue.

3 - If you already use the email address associated with your Autobahn Fit account, but you are still unable to log in, you may have been removed from your team. Contact your organization admin to get your account back.
