1. Open account settings
You can update the information that you provided during the sign-up process on the Settings page. Follow the steps below to update your personal settings:
1 - Navigate to the User menu and click the Settings button.
We separated the settings into four tabs:

Personal
- Security
-
Organization
-
Notification
2. Update your personal information
On the Settings page, the first tab you see is the Personal tab.
On this tab, you can update your:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number, and
- Job title
If you wish to change your account role, request your organization owner to change it.
3. Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
You can keep your account secure by activating Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in the Security tab. To activate this:
1 - Navigate to the Security tab.
2 - On the Security tab, click the Enable button.
3 - Click the OK button on the confirmation dialog.
You will be directed to an authentication drawer that shows how to setup MFA.
Step 1
Download and install an authenticator app on your phone. The following apps are supported:

Microsoft Authenticator
-
Google Authenticator
-
Authy
-
2FA Authenticator
Step 2
Open the authenticator app and scan the QR code below using your phone's camera or copy the code shown on the page.
4 - After successfully scanning the QR code or submitting the code to your authenticator application, the Autobahn Fit token generator will be displayed there.
5 - Insert the 6-digit passcode from your authenticator application to the provided field on Autobahn Fit application and click Submit.
6 - If the code is valid, you will redirected to the initial Security tab and the status of your MFA will be “Enabled”.
4. View your organization's information
This page is available to all users. However, only users with organization owner role can update this page.
Follow the steps below to get update your Industry settings:
1 - On the Settings page, click the Organization tab.
2 - The organization name cannot be updated, therefore the field is disabled. However, if you want to change this, click the Contact us button or contact Customer Support via mail - support [@] autobahn-security.com.
3 - To update the organization’s industry, click the Industry dropdown and select the industry.
4 - To renew or update your subscription, click the Contact us button or contact Customer Support via mail - support [@] autobahn-security.com
5. Update your notification settings
1 - On the Settings page, click the Notification tab.
Currently, there are three notifications that you can manage:

Scan finished
-
Scan canceled
-
Integrator scan updated
When the Dual-Control Principal feature is enabled, there will be two extra notifications:
- On rejection of my Dual-Control Principle submission
- On acceptance of my Dual-Control Principle submission
2 - By default all notification are selected. To deselect a notification, untick the checkbox next to it and click the Update button.
