1. Why integrate Serviceware Processes with Autobahn

Integrating Serviceware Processes with Autobahn allows you to effortlessly generate tickets and tasks from Autobahn's workouts directly from the platform. This integration streamlines the process of addressing vulnerabilities effectively.

2. Required information to prepare integration

To enable the integration, you need to provide the following data from Serviceware Processes:

  • API endpoint: your organization's Serviceware Processes account URL.

  • Credentials: the credentials you use to log into your Serviceware Processes account.

3. Integrate Serviceware Processes with Autobahn

After the preparation of the Serviceware Processes data is completed, log into your Autobahn account and navigate to the Integrations page. On this page, click Configure.

1 - Click on the Serviceware Processes tile.

2 - On the Serviceware Processes page, set up the connector using the information you generated earlier.

  • Input your organization's Serviceware Processes account URL in the API Endpoint field.

  • Add your Serviceware Processes username in the Username field.

  • Add a password in the Password field.

3 - Click the Test and save button. The system will take a few minutes to establish the integration.

4 - To confirm the integration is complete, navigate to the Workout detail page -> Click the Send to button, you should see Serviceware Processes in the options.

4. Enable/Disable integration

Disabling the integration will remove the Send to button on the Workouts and Workout detail page, hence you won’t be able to send tickets to Serviceware Processes. The credentials and previously fetched data will remain in Autobahn.

To disable an active integration, click the toggle in the instance card. You can re-enable the integration by switching the toggle back.

5. Delete Serviceware Processes integration

1 - Navigate to the Integrations page.

2 - Click the Edit button on the bottom of the Serviceware Processes card.

3 - On the Integration page, click the Delete this Configuration button to remove the integration.

6. Send Workouts to Serviceware Processes

After the integration is enabled, test the integration by sending a Workout to Serviceware Processes. This can be done from the Workouts page and Workout detail page.

1.1 - To create the Serviceware Processes tickets from the Workouts page, select the Workout by ticking the checkbox. Click the Send to dropdown and select Serviceware Processes from the list.

You can only create one ticket at a time. Selecting multiple Workouts disables the Send to button.

1.2 If you choose to create the ticket from the Workout detail page, click the Send to button on the top of the page and select Serviceware Processes from the list.

2 - A ticket form will appear. Complete the required fields and click Send.

3 - Navigate to Serviceware Processes, you should be able to see the ticket you just created there. The ticket link will also be created in the Autobahn platform in the Workouts page.
